For the month of January we have chosen Lighthouse of Oakland County as our charity of the month. Three dollars of every $10 watch battery will be donated to this wonderful nonprofit. For the last 45 years, Lighthouse has been a Beacon of Hope to those seeking support for the most basic of needs. And the vision of Lighthouse is to solve the problem of chronic poverty by providing individuals with the resources, relationships, and skills necessary to be independent. Leah’s Happy Hearts is our charity of the month for February, 2018. Three dollars of every $10 watch battery will be donated to this wonderful charity. Leah’s Happy Hearts is committed to preserving the memory of Leah James by dedicating itself to promoting awareness and funding research for pediatric brain tumors. It gives children who are living with life-threatening illnesses opportunities for hope, love, and laughter. Through information sharing, emotional support, and fun events, Leah’s Happy Hearts can provide magical moments and comfort to these very special children and their families.
